Akshay Prakashkar is from Maharashtra. He graduated in Zoology from Fergusson College ,Pune and Post-graduated in Forestry from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. He has specialization in Wildlife Management and worked extensively on Human Wildlife Conflict in Maharashtra. He has also worked on Lepidopteran (Moths) diversity central India and Uttarakhand.
